How quickly will I get my windows?
For standard colours, we aim to meet trade customers (supply only) orders within a week.
Supply and fitting times vary but we aim to complete the job within 4-5 weeks from a confirmed order.
What deposit is required?
To confirm your order we require a 40% deposit. You will recieve a deposit invoice after the survey, once we have confirmed all the details.
What do I need to do to prepare for installation?
It can be helpful to remove vehicles parked close to the property and also any furniture or belongings within the working area. However, our team will be happy to help on the day to ensure an accessible and safe working environment.
How long is the warranty?
We make all our windows and doors to a high standard and guarantee them for 10 years. If you have any problems/queries call us and we'll get it swiftly sorted for you. All works also comes with an independently back guarantee.
What services/products do you offer?
We offer supply only (trade) and supply and install (general public) for windows, doors, glass units, upvc, aluminum and composite doors, vertical sliders and bifolds.
How can I make payment?
bank transfer is the prefered option. But, you can pay by cash, cheque or card.
